Cost: $95/person (bursaries available) - cheques should be made out to Mennonite Church Eastern Canada (with a note indicating they are for the Winter Youth Retreat) OR you can now choose to pay with PayPal.
Please note that your spot at the retreat is only held once your online registration and fee have been received by MCEC. Due to limited space we do not hold or reserve spots for people any other way.
Bus Transportation: We will again be providing bus transportation from KW to SLMC. The bus will cost an extra $10/per person and spots will be available on a first come/registered basis.
Total Number of Spots on Bus: 84
All participants must comply with the adult/youth ratio of 1:5. MCEC strongly encourages all congregations to screen their adult volunteers according to their safe spaces policy.
Please note that in terms of providing health card numbers, we do not require you to give us the number, however the hospital will not see anyone unless a health card/number can be provided.
Alternative options are - giving the health card number to a sponsor to have on hand, or making sure that the emergency contact will be available at all times during the weekend and will have immediate access to the health card number.
REFUND POLICY:
• 75% of the registration cost will be refunded up to the registration deadline (Tuesday, December 16, 2014)
• 50% of the registration cost will be refunded past the registration deadline and up to two weeks before the event (Friday, January 23, 2015).
• There is no refund for those who cancel in the two weeks prior to the event.
For all cancellations, extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration by the planning committee.
Please note: Transferring of registration is not allowed. If someone backs out the spot will go to someone on the waiting list.
